Our architects are busy updating overlooked housing types including Charleston side yards, courtyard arrangements, elegant townhomes, and stacked flats* to better reflect the sense of space, light, and privacy of a standard suburban home, but in locations that permit us to walk to far more of our daily life. We envision wonderful homes situated among interesting shops, delicious restaurants, schools, and workplaces.

It all comes down to thoughtful design.
